What does my website really cost?
Exactly the price of your package: €490 for Basic, €990 for Standard, €1,690 for Plus. That is the fixed price. The only extra is your domain, which we pass on without markup (usually €10 to €25 per year). The care plan at €29 per month is optional.
When is my website really finished?
In 14 days for Basic and Standard, in 21 days for Plus. The clock starts once your deposit and your details (texts, photos, logo) have reached us. The faster you send everything, the faster you are online.
What do I have to provide?
Bullet points about your offer, opening hours, prices and a few photos. A logo, if you have one. We give you a short questionnaire and write the copy. If something is missing, we help.
Is the website mine afterwards?
Yes. Domain, content and website belong to you. Once you have paid in full, you receive all usage rights. On request we hand over all files so you can move to another provider at any time.
What happens after launch if I want to change something?
You use our “Request a change” form and immediately get a ticket number. The care plan includes 30 minutes of changes per month. Anything bigger we do at a fixed price agreed beforehand.
Do I need a cookie banner?
Usually not with our websites. We use no cookies and no trackers, and fonts are served from your own server. If you later want statistics, an embedded map or videos, we will advise you on what that requires.
Can I add more pages, bookings or a shop later?
Yes. With the Plus package you start straight away with online bookings or a small shop. Anything else, such as extra pages or a second language, we add later. You get a fixed-price quote first.
How and when do I pay?
You pay in two parts: 50% before the project starts and the rest at launch. Both online via Stripe (card and common payment methods) or by invoice and bank transfer. We start once the deposit has arrived and put your website live once the rest is paid. The care plan is paid monthly.
