All prices are starting prices. After the briefing we set the final price in a written proposal, which states clearly what is and is not included.

Delivery

The weeks are estimates counted from complete material. Binding dates are set in the proposal. The 14-day promise applies only to Basic, Standard and Plus.

New pages or sections, a change of direction after sign-off, extra feedback rounds or changes after acceptance: we quote a fixed price first.

    We get to know your business, your customers and your goal. Free and without obligation.

    Proposal

    You receive a written proposal with scope, dates, payment schedule and everything that is and is not included.

    Art Direction

    Moodboard, typefaces, colours and imagery. You choose a direction before we build.

  4. 04

    Motion prototype

    The key scene is built first as a clickable prototype, so you see the motion early.

  5. 05

    Build

    We build the site and work in your feedback in the agreed rounds.

  6. 06

    Testing and launch

    Testing on phones and desktops, for performance, accessibility and reduced motion. Then the site goes live.

06Questions

Good to know.

01Do I need my own video footage?

Not necessarily. Many scenes work with good photos. If a shoot makes sense, we say so in the proposal and price it separately. Licensed stock footage is another option.

02Do the animations slow the site down?

We plan motion so that content loads first and large files follow only when needed. Performance testing is part of every package.

03What do visitors see if they turn animations off?

A calm version with the same content. Nobody has to sit through an animation to find opening hours or prices.

04How does payment work?

In stages, following the payment schedule in the proposal. Nothing is paid through this website, and the inquiry is non-binding.

05Are hosting, domain and maintenance included?

No. Hosting, domain and ongoing maintenance are not part of the packages. We offer them on request under a separate agreement.
